‘Just A Plate’ is a tasting and material menu that maps the ingredients in both food and tableware. With a focus on Yasmin’s home of Northern Ireland, each course is a sensory representation of a place and memory. By incorperating her own lived experience within the menu we are shown how the artists memories with food can draw out material references with both ingredients and finish.
